Terms and Conditions

All rental items remain the property of Convention Display Service, Inc. (CDS). All rental property will be used only as manufactured and intended. CDS is held harmless and indemnified from any liability or loss resulting from the use of rented property. If property becomes unsafe or in disrepair, it is the renters responsibility to notify CDS immediately. Any rented property not returned to CDS in the same condition in which is was received, you will be billed for the full market value replacement cost of the loss or any damage to rented property.
